Stephen Broder is the technical director of California Cryobank, Inc., Los Angeles, California. Mr. Broder is a reproductive biologist and cryobiologist with over 20 years experience in the field of human and animal cell cryopreservation and andrology. Mr. Broder has pioneered techniques in sperm banking including incorporation of a sophisticated positive identification system for donors using hand geometry, development of methodologies and management techniques used in large semen banks and basic research in low temperature biology.Mr. Broder holds a B.A. from California State University, Northridge and is currently completing his Ph.D. in cell physiology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
