In 1993, Mr. Bowling became President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Cortelco Systems Holding Corporation. Mr. Bowling is the Chief Financial Officer of Cidco Communications Corporation, a provider of telephone equipment to the regional Bell operating companies. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of eManage.com, an internet web site service company in 1999 and 2000.
