Stephen conducts his practice across a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on corporate finance; mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other business restructurings and reorganisations; and private equity investments.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 1988, Stephen served as Corporate Finance Director with a London investment and financial services house. In January 2007, Stephen relocated to Hong Kong to establish Mayer Brown's first office in Asia.
