Working for Heitman, JMB Institutional, The Related Companies and Fairfield Residential, he was instrumental in the acquisition and capitalization of over one billion dollars in transaction value. Stephen Alter has a BBA degree with an emphasis on real estate finance from Southern Methodist University.
