Mr. Zarrilli was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in December 2003 and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Penn Valley Group, a middle market management advisory and investment concern. Previously, Mr. Zarrilli served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fiberlink Communications Corporation from September 2001 to March 2005; as the Chief Executive Officer of Concellera Software, Inc from October 2000 to August 2001; and as the Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2000 and Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 1998 of US Interactive, Inc. (a NASDAQ traded company). Mr. Zarrilli, formerly a Certified Public Accountant, spent the first 11 years of his career at Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia from 1983 to 1994. Mr. Zarrilli currently serves on the Boards of several other private companies including Cadient, Inc. and NCT, Inc. and certain charitable organizations. In addition, from 1990 to 2004, Mr. Zarrilli served as a Director and member of the Audit Committee of Progress Financial Corporation, a NASDAQ traded Philadelphia-based financial institution which was sold to Fleet Bank in 2004. |
