Stephen S. Cole joined as a Director in May 2005. Mr. Cole is a 33-year veteran of the banking and electronic funds transfer (EFT) industry having served as former chief executive officer of Cash Station Inc. before it was acquired by Star Systems (now a subsidiary of First Data Corporation). He also served in a variety of electronic payments management positions at The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Cole is currently president and chief executive officer of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. He is also director of American EPAY Inc. and OptiScan Technologies Inc. and director emeritus of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association. He has previously served on the Boards of Interlink (Visa) CIRRUS Network (MasterCard) and Primary Payments Systems. Mr. Cole holds a BA from Lake Forest College. |
