Stephen R. Theroux was elected Executive Vice President effective May, 1987 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer. He has served as a Director of LSB since 1986. Mr. Theroux is Executive Vice President and Director of NHTB having served in such capacities since 1989. Mr. Theroux has served as Chief Operating Officer of LSB since 1997. Mr. Theroux has served as Corporate Secretary since 2001. Mr. Theroux has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2002.
