Stephen R. Long has been a member of the firm since 1988. He is a trial attorney and a member of the Commercial Litigation and HR Law Practice Groups. Stephen's practice includes the litigation, trial, arbitration and mediation of labor and employment, tort and commercial disputes. He represents the interests of various clients, including major law and accounting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and liability, life and health insurers. He is chairman of the Employment Law Committee of the New Jersey Defense Association.
In General. Stephen joined the firm as an associate in 1980. He is a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He serves as an arbitrator for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey and American Bar Associations and various committees of both organizations. He frequently writes and speaks on employment law topics. |
