Experience
Stephen Kanzer’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Mr. Kanzer has extensive experience representing insurance companies, self-insureds, businesses and individuals against claims of property damage, automobile and trucking liability, premises liability, products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, professional negligence and general liability claim.

Mr. Kanzer is a member of the American Bar Association, the Trial
Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, the Florida Defense Lawyers
Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Hillsborough
County Bar Association. He worked as an Assistant State Attorney
for the 12th Judicial Circuit from August 1989 - April 1993. He began
his practice in civil litigation thereafter . He has significant jury trial
experience in both criminal and civil cases. He has also been awarded
an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
