Steve Ashlock is Vice President of Operations for the Colorado, Oregon, and Washington Bright Now! Dental, Inc. markets. His responsibilities encompass doctor relations, front-office staff development, and dentist and staff recruitment. He also directs the efforts of three market managers and one regional manager.
Steve has more than 11 years of multi-clinic management experience in all phases of dental office operations. This experience includes 5 years as Director of Plan Management/Regional Manager for InterDent, Inc., with responsibility for development, negotiation, and implementation of business opportunities for 45 dental clinics in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. He was also responsible for the daily management of 20 dental clinics throughout Oregon. Previously, Steve worked for 16 years in business administration, training/publications, account management, and computer operations in the non-profit and technology sectors.
Steve received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from
Portland State University. In addition to his professional career, he enjoys camping, fishing, reading, spending time with his family, and traveling to third-world countries. |
