Stephen P. Strait, as Chairman of the Board of ISE, has over 23 years of experience in the power and project finance fields. He is a former Vice President and COO of United American Energy Corp. ("UAE"), a company which developed, constructed and acquired electric power generating plants. The UAE power plants utilized various technologies to convert gas, oil, coal, hydroelectric and waste fuels to electric energy. In addition to having extensive plant operating experience, Mr. Strait has led M & A activities, debt, bond financings and project development.
Prior to 1987, Mr. Strait was a chief nuclear test engineer responsible for the overhaul of shipboard nuclear power plants? at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Stephen P. Strait earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leghigh and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. |
