Stephen Kelley is a trial lawyer with an in-depth knowledge of federal securities laws and an expertise in complicated financial transactions. He has represented corporations, broker-dealers, corporate officers and directors, and financial institutions in securities-related litigation. Steve also is qualified as an arbitrator and mediator and previously served on the State Board of Medical Examiners.Steve's trial experience is not limited to securities. He has successfully litigated in other commercial areas including professional malpractice, complicated contract, warranty and fraud cases, and ERISA matters.Steve currently serves as a Senator in the Minnesota State Legislature and is the Majority Whip. He is a legislative leader in Bio-Tech, Life Sciences and Technology Transfer issues.
