Mr. Sachman was a Managing Director in the investment banking department at Deutsche Bank Securities prior to joining BlackRock Kelso Capital. He headed the building products and housing sector team within the Industrials Group. His responsibilities included the origination and execution of public and private debt and equity financings as well as merger and acquisition advisory services, with a primary focus on middle market companies and financial sponsors.
Prior to joining Deutsche Back in 1997, Mr. Sachman worked in the investment banking departments of Smith Barney and Kidder Peabody & Co. He began his career with The Capital Group.
Mr. Sachman received a B.A in Public Policy Studies with Honors from The University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. with Honors from The Stern School of Business at New York University. |
