Steve joined our Firm after graduating with a degree in accounting from Santa Clara University and has over twelve years experience providing financial reporting and consulting services to early and mid-stage technology companies. His areas of expertise include software revenue recognition, stock option accounting, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. He is the partner in charge of the Firm's Accounting Services Group, which provides outsourced accounting, finance and administrative services to companies in the high-tech, real estate, healthcare and professional services industries. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
