As a CFO, he has successfully executed several corporate restructurings and turnarounds, an initial public offering, multiple information system implementations and led M&A teams that completed and integrated 11 companies. Stephen has held senior financial and CFO roles in public companies, private companies, highly leveraged, high growth companies and startup ventures. His expertise includes SEC financial reporting and control, investor relations and road shows, M&A (including post closure integration), information systems, cash management and forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
