Mr. Faraci is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters including commercial and contract disputes; construction and mechanic’s lien disputes; insurance coverage disputes; employment disputes such as non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, business torts disputes; intellectual property disputes such as trademark and copyright infringement disputes; and other general civil matters. Successfully defended a two-week trust dispute before the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach, substantially prevailing on the client’s behalf.Successfully tried a multi-day construction dispute before the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond. Received a court awarded judgment in excess of one half million dollars. Co-counsel in a multi-million dollar insurance coverage dispute. Successfully resulted in a directed verdict.Successfully tried an insurance coverage dispute seeking indemnification for damages sustained by a trucking company in a cargo loss.
