Mr. Butz joined Hercules in April 2005 as the Company's Director of Corporate Development and was named Vice President and Treasurer in October 2006. He is responsible for the corporate treasury financial planning and investor relations.
Mr. Butz career includes 14 years of experience in finance with the vast majority in the energy industry. Prior to joining Hercules Mr. Butz served as a consultant to both Noble Corporation and Hercules. From 1996 to 2004 Mr. Butz was employed as an equity research analyst in the investment banking industry including positions at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies & Company. From 1993 to 1995 Mr. Butz held positions in the commercial banking industry in corporate lending and credit.
A native of New York Mr. Butz earned his degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. |
