Mr. Cropper has been a director of NRG Energy since December 2003 pursuant to the NRG Energy plan of reorganization. Mr. Cropper spent 25 years with The Williams Companies an energy company before retiring in 1998 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Williams Energy Services. He is a director of Berry Petroleum Company Sun Logistics Partners L.P. and Rental Car Finance Corporation a subsidiary of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. |
