Stephen L. Burns is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Steve’s practice focuses on representing investment banking firms and issuers in connection with public and private offerings of securities, as well as the representation of various corporations on general corporate matters.
Steve was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He joined Cravath in 1990 and became a partner in 1998.
