Mr. McMindes is responsible for Business Development at Caris Diagnostics, Inc. This includes the external sales force, New Business Development related to new lines of business, and Strategic Business Alliances with our business partners. Steve joined the company in 2005 and has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, both hospital and corporate environments. Prior to joining Caris Diagnostics, Mr. McMindes was Vice President of Pharmaceutical Services for Caremark Rx, Inc. where he was instrumental in integration efforts to combine Product Offerings during the merger of two of the largest PBM's in the United States. Before Caremark, Mr. McMindes was the Senior Director, Healthcare Resources Management for Premier, Inc., the largest group purchasing organization in the United States. He established and led the healthcare resource management sales group with primary accountability in Account Management, Contracts Implementation, Revenue Capture, and Strategic Relationships. Mr. McMindes earned his BS, Nursing and Biology, from West Texas State University. He is a Registered Nurse and served as Captain in the United States Army Nurse Corps, where he was awarded Army Commendation and Meritorious Service medals. |
