Steve Knoop was elected RPM's Senior Vice President - Corporate Development in October 2006. Mr. Knoop joined RPM in 1996 as Director of Corporate Development and was elected Vice President of Corporate Development in August 1999 where he has headed RPM's industry-leading acquisition program. Prior to joining RPM, he was an associate attorney specializing in corporate and securities law for the law firm Calfee, Halter & Griswold. He received his BA degree from Michigan State University's James Madison College, where he majored in international relations, was elected a member of Phi Kappa Phi, and received the University's outstanding senior award. Mr. Knoop is also a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
Mr. Knoop serves on the Executive Committee of Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital's National Leadership Council. He lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters. |
