Stephen I. Chazen has served as a director of Lyondell Chemical Company since August 2002.
Chazen is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Chazen joined Occidental as executive vice president, Corporate Development, in 1994 and the additional responsibilities of chief financial officer were added in 1999.
Prior to Occidental, Chazen held numerous positions from 1982 to 1994 in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch, where he was a managing director. |
