Stephen H. Weinstein is a Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel & Secretary of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. Mr. Weinstein joined the Renaissance team as a Vice President in 2002. He previously specialized in corporate law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a leading international law firm. Mr. Weinstein has expertise in the legal aspects of capital markets and other financing transactions, corporate governance matters, corporate reporting and disclosure issues, mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, technology licensing and commercial transactions, as well as compliance and regulatory issues. Mr. Weinstein is a Member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is also a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School. |
