Mr. Castro serves as Director of Financial Services. Previously, he had been employed as a Financial Controller for over ten years in the non-profit and health insurance fields. Mr. Castro's expertise includes project management, plan development, analytical analysis, non-profit fund accounting, management report development and organization of financial and bank arrangements. He graduated from Bucknell University (B.S. 1986) and Rutgers University (MBA 1993) and also earned his Certified Tax Professional certification from the National Association of Tax Accountants. |
