Stephen Locher is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group. His practice includes general commercial litigation, and he has represented clients in a wide range of subjects, including fraud, breach of contract, tax, employment, and patent infringement. He has appeared before federal and state courts across the country and has argued before the Seventh Circuit, Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, Mr. Locher worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John R. Gibson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, in Kansas City, Mo. While at Harvard Law School, Mr. Locher taught introductory economics as a section leader in the university's Principles of Economics course.
