Stephen G. Pearse has been a director of the Corporation since May 2007. Mr. Pearse is a private investor and is a principal with investment firms Yucatan Rock, Inc. and Common Angels since 2001 and 2005, respectively. Mr. Pearse was CEO of Cyras Systems (sold to Ciena), and was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Bay Networks/Nortel Networks’ Internet/Telecom Business Group. Previously, Mr. Pearse held senior positions at Time Warner Telecom and Sprint. Mr. Pearse is a board member of Emerson Hospital and serves as director for three privately-held companies. |
