Mr. Brown's practice has focused exclusively on labor and employment law, where he regularly represents management and employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including labor and employment litigation in both federal and state courts and before various federal, state and/or local administrative agencies. Mr. Brown has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts, including the recent successful defense of a world wide manufacturer in a ten thousand plaintiff nation-wide class action and the successful defense of a large aircraft maintenance company in a thirty six plaintiff hostile environment case.
