Stephen D. Fenstermacher, Mannatech’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer manages the Finance and Accounting Department, which oversees financial systems, management and external reporting functions as well as internal controls to ensure Mannatech meets government regulations required of a public company. In addition, Steve develops investment strategies and works to improve investor and financial relations. Steve brings many years of accounting and finance experience from an impressive array of companies. Before joining Mannatech, Steve was a consultant for Kibel, Green, Issa, Inc., a crisis management firm specializing in turnaround strategy and consulting. From April 1995 to October 1997, Steve served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc., a corporate and franchise restaurant chain and as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for On the Border Cafes, Inc. and Brinker International, Inc. Steve received a BA degree in Government with a minor in Life Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. |
