Stephen has nine years recruiting industry experience. Shortly after receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, he joined a Houston-based search firm and earned tremendous recognition for his efforts. He consistently led the company each year in business development in the fields of Accounting, Finance and Administrative. In 2001 he joined the company's new IT Consulting Division and by 2003 they had secured the number 25 slot on the "Houston Business Journal's", "Fast Tech 50".

In January of 2004, Steve joined Manhattan Resources at the General Manager level and has been able to leverage his experience and successes to build new verticals within the firm's Accounting, Finance and Information Technology consulting and recruitment services.
