Stephen B. Perry is the Chief Operations Officer and Cashier of the Bank. Mr. Perry had more than 20 years of banking experience with Jefferson National Bank, a commercial bank headquartered in Charlottesville that was later merged into Wachovia Bank, N.A. From 1995 until his resignation to join Virginia National Bank, Mr. Perry served as Vice President and Funds Management Officer at Jefferson National Bank, focusing on balance sheet management and asset/liability modeling, serving on Jefferson's funds management committee. Mr. Perry also served as Jefferson's Vice President and Cashier (1994-1995) and Accounting Department Manager (1988-1994). Prior to 1988, Mr. Perry held supervisory positions in various operational and retail areas of the bank. Mr. Perry studied International Relations at the University of Virginia from 1977-1981, and also attended the Virginia Banker's School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. |
