Stephen A. Goldberg has served as General Counsel to Munimae since July 2004. Prior to being appointed General Counsel, Mr. Goldberg served as the principal counsel for Munimae in his capacity as a partner at Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP where he has represented Munimae and its predecessors since 1985. Mr. Goldberg is responsible for all aspects of the Company's legal affairs, including the supervision of the Company's internal and external counsel. Mr. Goldberg remains a partner of Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP, where he serves on the Management Committee. Mr. Goldberg taught affordable housing as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Law and served until recently on the Board of Directors of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association. He received his B.A. Degree from Yale University in 1973 and his J.D. Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1976. |
