Stephanie has over 14 years of experience in medical transcription services, sales and marketing, project management, recruiting and placement, employee retention, operations and management. She has held previous positions as a National Sales Director for another national medical transcription services company, Director of Transcription Operations for a national medical transcription services company, a practice manager for a large cardiology practice at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, a recruiter for a national medical transcription services company, transcription manager for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, executive assistant to the dean of admissions at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, transcription consultant for a local transcription service, a mentor/speaker for graduating medical transcription students from the Community College of Allegheny County and Triangle Tech and a home-based medical transcriptionist. Stephanie also owned and operated a successful retail clothing business prior to selling in 1999.Ms. Wallace joined CTech in 2005 to aggressively lead the sales and marketing efforts for both domestic and offshore clients. With Stephanie’s rich experiences and proven track record in the medical transcription industry she will be instrumental in CTech’s current and future success. Stephanie will be responsible for new business development, creative marketing, and contract development for new and existing CTech clients.Stephanie is an active member of AHIMA and HFMA. On behalf of CTech, Stephanie attends,displays and networks at local state and national health information management meetings inclusive of AHIMA, MTIA, MGMA, HFMA, NJHIMA, NYHIMA, PAHIMA, OHIMA, AAMT and MIHIMA. |
