Stephanie Kelso, president of Z-Axis Corporation, also a pioneer in the field of computer animated demonstrative evidence, produced her first case in the mid-80s on the opposing side of Z-Axis. She joined Z-Axis in 1993 as Director of Sales and Marketing establishing the department and many of the systems and procedures that the company employs today.
Over the past decade Stephanie has worked directly with clients or behind the scenes on many of Z-Axis’ cases. Whether it’s business development and the hiring process, visual strategizing, or monitoring the production process and the presentation at trial, she is heavily involved in all day-to-day aspects of the business. Her experience covers all types of complex cases including biotech and high-tech patent cases, environmental cases, suits against Big Tobacco and the World Trade Center with many of the leading law firms in the world. She has provided consulting, administration and management for cases nationally and internationally.
Ms. Kelso is a spokesperson for Z-Axis and gives CLE seminars to law firms, and associations, such as American Inns of Court, sections of the American Bar Association, Lex Mundi and International Conference for Law and Technology. She has written articles for publications including: The Journal of Applied Fire Science, The New York Law Journal and the Judges Journal. She has also been interviewed by local media and for such national publications as The New York Times, Computer Graphics World, and California Lawyer."
Prior to joining Z-Axis, Stephanie was in management with a national corporation that both manufactured computer graphics hardware and had presentation service bureaus nation-wide. During her tenure at Genigraphics she worked on the product launch of the first PowerPoint for Windows, training account executives in 22 cities on today’s most-used software for off-the-shelf presentations. She has extensive experience in the presentation industry in the areas of litigation, training, sales, marketing and finance. |
