Ms. Stephanie Hanbury-Brown is the Managing Director of Golden Seeds, LLC, an investment and advisory firm, which she founded in August 2004. Ms. Hanbury-Brown is also the President of Morganae Foundation, a not-for-profit organization for J.P. Morgan Alumnae, which she founded in 2001. From 2001 - 2003 Ms. Hanbury-Brown headed a real estate investment venture named Alsel LLC where she served as President. Prior to that venture, Ms. Hanbury-Brown joined J.P. Morgan in 1986 where she worked until the end of 2000. During the last few years of her tenure at J.P. Morgan she was the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Equities division and then the head of the E-Commerce division where she lead the development of a firm-wide e-commerce strategy. Ms. Hanbury-Brown became a director of the Company in October 2004. Her term will expire in 2007. |
