Stephanie Callison, Ph.D., brings nearly 20 years of business experience in leadership development to The Leader's Edge/Leaders By Design. Stephanie’s areas of expertise include leading large-scale leadership assessment and development projects and training programs for Fortune 50 companies, providing executive coaching to senior leaders in sales, marketing, and internal organizational development roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Stephanie has also developed and implemented several leadership development programs for Fortune 100 companies, specifically focused on finance, sales, and marketing, and technical leadership. She has had extensive experience in working with US-based executives as well as those in Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Western Europe, and is often sought out for her ability to coach in other cultural environments. Stephanie’s specialty is working with senior executives on issues related to performance and change. Considered both an expert on leadership development and implementing change, she works as an advisor and coach to make certain that the skills leaders need and the approaches they take result in the vision they are trying to achieve. She has focused much of her work on the dynamic nature of leadership and the emerging competencies necessary for success in new markets. She has provided high quality consulting to a wide range of Fortune 500 clients that include Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Pepsico, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Lucent Technologies, Deloitte Touche, Schering-Plough, SONY, International Flavors and Fragrances, and Morgan Stanley. Stephanie has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University and a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Vassar College.
