Stephanie M. Burch was named Chief Financial Officer of The Signature Group on November 3, 2005. Ms. Burch joined TSG in April 2005 as Controller. In her role as CFO, Ms. Burch is responsible for creating value for all stakeholders through managing key functions including internal audit, finance, treasury and corporate engagement assessment services.
Stephanie Burch has 16 years of experience in progressively more senior financial roles in the technology and services industry. Prior to joining TSG, Stephanie worked for Select Staffing Services as their Chief Financial Officer where her responsibilities included treasury, controllership, administration, financial systems development, and all operational and financial functions.
Ms. Burch started her career with Arthur Andersen and Company where she was a Senior Accountant in the Enterprise Group serving technology and service companies. Ms. Burch received her Certified Public Accountant designation in 1993.
Stephanie Burch received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University in 1991. |
