Stephanie G. Reckord is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Reckord served as a summer associate at the firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, United States Magistrate Judge. Ms. Reckord graduated magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2001). As an undergraduate, she spent a semester abroad at Wroxton College, Oxfordshire, England. Ms. Reckord earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law (2006), where she was the 2005-2006 Whipple Scholar. She served as Comments Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. Ms. Reckord’s Comment, Limiting the Expansion of the Public Trust Doctrine in New Jersey: A Way to Protect and Preserve the Rights of Private Ownership, was published in Volume Thirty-Six, Book One. She also served as an intern with the Civil Litigation Clinic of the Center for Social Justice of Seton Hall University School of Law. Upon graduation, Ms. Reckord was admitted to the Seton Hall Law School Chapter of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Reckord is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. |
