Stephanie Young is a Senior Associate with Connet & Company focused on Board and Presidential searches. In this role she is responsible for assisting in the completion of search assignments, including search and research strategy formulation, conducting industry and organizational research, development of qualified candidates, and assisting in candidate assessment and due diligence. Stephanie has a broad set of executive search skills and is known for her tenacious pursuit of the very best talent for her client assignments, as well as for developing strong relationships with her clients and candidates.
Stephanie has eleven years of experience in the executive search industry, serving most recently as E*Cruiter of LeadersOnline, a Heidrick & Struggles subsidiary, and previously as an Associate in the E-Business and International Technology practices of Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. She has successfully executed searches for presidents, general managers, chief financial officers, and vice presidents for a variety of line and staff functions.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Stephanie was an Associate in an independent retained executive search firm. Earlier in her career she spent five years with the management consulting services division of A.T. Kearney. As a Research Associate, she served as a member of global research and development teams for the Centers of Excellence. She participated in intellectual capital codification and development projects in areas such as transforming the enterprise, supply chain integration, integrated product development, strategic sourcing, restructuring, team-based organizations, and globalization.
Stephanie began her career with BellSouth Corporation and earned her degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
