Stephan Dulitz is an associate in the Global Finance Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy LLP. He joined Milbank in 2005 and specializes in acquisition finance, other non-recourse transactions, syndicated lending and corporate finance.
Stephan Dulitz studied law at the University of Potsdam. Before joining Milbank he was an associate at a major international law firm. Stephan Dulitz was a full time assistant lecturer at the Institute for German and International Law of Banking and Capital Markets at the University of Leipzig.
He is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English. |
