Stefanie R. McNamara, an associate with the firm, concentrates her practice on corporate law. Stefanie is experienced in transactional, corporate governance and compliance matters, including general corporate representation of various business entities. She has also handled mergers and acquisitions and restructurings including asset and stock purchases.
In addition, Stefanie has represented lenders and borrowers in various types of asset and real estate-based lending. She has assisted clients with public and private securities offering and many regulatory compliance matters, including compliance with privacy, fraud and abuse laws. Stefanie is a member of the NMM Women’s Forum Steering Committee as well as its Education Subcommittee, which is responsible for the professional development and training of the firm’s women attorneys. Prior to attending law school, Stefanie worked for a national managed health care company. |
