Steen F. Pedersen founded Dangaard International A/S together with the Fleggard Group in 1986 and became the CEO of that company. Mr. Pedersen started his career in the electronics retail and distribution business, and joined the Fleggaard Group in the early 1980s. As the Danish wireless market gained momentum in the early 1990s, Mr. Pedersen utilized his contacts and knowledge to access the wireless distribution market - at first in Denmark and later in most of Europe. In 1999 Dangaard International A/S and the German wireless distributor Freecom AG merged to Dangaard Telecom A/S, with Mr. Pedersen as CEO of the combined company. On July 31, 2007, Pedersen became President of Europe for Brightpoint. |
