Mr. Weinberg has over 30 years of very broad legal experience. His unique legal experience includes positions in private and corporate practice as well as government and non-profit organization practice. Mr. Weinberg has 20 years of first and second chair trial, litigation, and appellate experience in government, in a non-profit organization, and in private practice. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, has argued many cases in various appellate courts, and has equally extensive experience in pretrial litigation. He has also engaged in discretionary appellate litigation in the United States Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme and Superior Courts. His experience includes over 9 years of combined patent experience as an Examiner in the electrical arts and as a corporate attorney preparing and procuring patent in the electrical, optics, aerospace, and x-ray arts. In private practice, he has prepared and procured patents in the electrical, computer, business method, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and medical devices arts. Mr. Weinberg holds a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. Mr. Weinberg has been active in a number of professional associations including the Federal Bar Association, in which he is a former President of the Philadelphia Chapter.
