Mr. Komaroff joined Henry Schein in December 2003 as Senior Advisor and a Member of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Komaroff served as an advisor on legal and board-related issues and comes with a wealth of experience in the corporate, commercial and healthcare worlds. He was formerly the Chairman of Proskauer Rose LLP, the Company’s principal law firm and one of the largest firms in the nation, and led the firm through a period of significant growth. He also serves as a Director of Continuum Health Partners, one of the largest consortiums of hospitals and healthcare facilities in the New York metropolitan area, and on the Board of Directors of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. and The Edmond de Rothschild Foundation. |
