Stan Locke joined Thomas & Betts in September 2004 as vice president and corporate controller. In this role Mr. Locke is responsible for all aspects of the company’s internal and external financial reporting including financial planning accounting and controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Before joining Thomas & Betts Mr. Locke was a managing director of the Concord Group a consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Previously Mr. Locke spent 17 years at the Sara Lee Corporation serving in a variety of financial and corporate development positions most notably as chief financial officer for the U.S. coffee and tea division and vice president of business growth and development for Sara Lee International based in the Netherlands.
Mr. Locke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Drake University and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a certified public accountant. |
