Recruiting exclusively in the area of cardiovascular services since joining Magee Resource Group in 2005, Stan Wallace knows the CV world well, and brings that knowledge and experience to MRG's client healthcare systems. Stan conducted 11 retained searches in his first calendar year - eight of those being at the Director level or above, including six CV SL leaders. That success saw him named MRG's "Rookie of the Year" and the #2 Rookie in MRI's Southwest Region. Since that time, MRG's healthcare teams have further tightened their realms of specialization by geographic region, and Stan has narrowed his focus to work with our clients in the Northeast USA.
Having spent ten years in full-time ministry and five years as a financial planner - the "people business" is nothing new to Stan. As a leader and mentor, much of his life has been spent evaluating the gifts and talents of individuals in whom he held a strong interest. He excels at helping people flourish in the right role and the right environment for them. Stan enjoys seeing healthcare professionals capitalize on their strengths and find fulfillment in their career, producing a win/win for the candidate and the client hospital.
