As Chief Operating Officer, Stan Carpenter leads the organization in the optimization of day-to-day operations and alignment of resources to further deliver the Knowledge Infusion business focused value proposition. Stan draws on more than 15 years of management experience to help Knowledge Infusion develop and maintain the focus and scale necessary to continue its leadership position in strategic HCM consulting.
Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Carpenter had multiple sales and marketing leadership roles. Most recently he served as foodservice business lead on Sara Lee's $250 MM SAP integration, and was the company's Senior Director for Eastern Zone Sales. At Sara Lee Coffee & Tea, Carpenter was Senior Director of Sales Strategy, and prior to that held roles as Director of Western Zone Sales at Kellogg's and Healthcare Channel Manager at Pepsi-Cola. Carpenter has an undergraduate degree from Rollins College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
