Stacy is a litigator who represents corporate policyholders in obtaining recovery of insurance proceeds for their liabilities and losses. Her experience includes assisting insureds in identifying and analyzing historical coverage, counseling clients in coverage disputes against carriers and brokers, and successfully litigating against insurance carriers who wrongfully deny coverage. Stacy also works with publicly-traded and privately-held companies to resolve labor and employment issues, and employee-benefits disputes, including disability plans, health care plans and other ERISA-governed matters. In addition, she represents clients in general commercial litigation concerning commercial contract, real property disputes, and business tort claims. Stacy is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. Prior to graduating summa cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2003, she earned her B.A. from the College of Wooster, cum laude, in 2000. Stacy joined Calfee in 2003 |
