Stacey is the Practice Group Leader for McDonough Holland & Allen’s Public Law Practice Group. Since joining the firm in 1996, her practice has focused on advising public agency employers, and on public agency litigation including eminent domain. Her clients include both public agencies and private parties with whom they interact.
