Stacey M. Noble is an associate at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Employment Law & Employee Benefits Groups. Ms. Noble is actively involved in commercial zoning applications and disputes, and participates in litigation stemming from patent and trademark infringement claims.As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group, she handles a variety of commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, covenants not to compete, fraud, negligence, and class action lawsuits. In addition, Ms. Noble also has experience with employment discrimination claims and defenses arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Ms. Noble attended Pennsylvania State University, in which she was a member of the Schreyer Honors College and received her Bachelor of Arts in English in 2001. She graduated from Pittsburgh Law School in 2004 and served as Vice President of the Law and Government Society and as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant. Ms. Noble is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in the United States Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is also actively involved in ProArts; a non-profit organization dedicated to helping artists with legal issues, and is a member of the Steering Committee for Dress For Success, a non-profit organization committed to helping women from underprivileged and/or abused backgrounds assimilate into the modern workforce. Recently, Ms. Noble accepted a co-chair position on the Entertainment and Decorating Committee for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, and she gives quarterly lectures at Katz Small Business Development Center, in which she discusses legal issue that small business owners should consider. |
