Sridhar joined EXL in 2007 and is responsible for developing new and value added service offerings within Risk Advisory services. Sridhar has very extensive experience and specialization in the areas of accounting & finance operations, strategic finance (planning, budgeting, cost management, business process management and business intelligence) and risk & compliance reporting. Prior to EXL, he was the Global Financial Services Practice Leader at Parson Consulting where he led the development of multiple service offerings for the financial services industry. In his previous assignments, Sridhar was a Principal at Ernst & Young (CGEY) and then a Partner of Unisys Corporation. He started his career in financial services industry with Mellon Bank and Southeast Bank (now Wachovia). |
